PET FEES / RULES

General Requirements:

• All animals must have current shots.
• Cats must be fixed, and there is a non-refundable fee of $175 per cat.

Non-refundable fees:

• Pet fee: $100 for each animal non refundable
• Additional fee for dogs or kittens under the age of 1 year (if accepted most properties do not allow baby animals): $300 per animal non refundable

Refundable fees (in addition to the one-time pet fees listed above):

• Small dogs (weight: 5 to 20 pounds) over the age of 1 year: $175
• Medium dogs (weight: 21 to 45 pounds) over the age of 1 year: $225
• Large dogs (weight: 46 to 100 pounds) over the age of 1 year: $350

Information about aggressive breeds:

• Aggressive breeds may be accepted at some properties.
• Fees for aggressive breeds start at $350 and may vary.
